All services are subject to availability and the requirements of California notary law. LDE Ink Notary Services LLC reserves the right to decline any notarization request that does not comply with California law or our professional standards.

LDE Ink Notary Services LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on our website or in the course of providing notary services should be construed as legal advice.
We can explain where to sign and initial on documents but we cannot explain the legal or financial terms of any document, advise you on whether a document is legally sufficient for your purposes, or recommend specific legal actions.

Appointment Policies
Booking Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by LDE Ink Notary Services LLC.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
Jail and Detention Center Appointments
For jail and detention center notary visits the full service fee of $150 for the first hour applies regardless of whether the signing is completed including if the incarcerated individual refuses to sign after we have arrived at the facility. Additional time beyond the first hour is billed at $25 per hour.
What to Have Ready
All signers must be present at the appointment with valid unexpired government-issued photo identification. Documents must not be signed before the notary arrives as California law requires the notary to witness the actual signing.

LDE Ink Notary Services LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue any notarization if:
Fees and Payment
Notary Fees California law sets the maximum notary fee at $15 per notarized signature under Government Code Section 8211. Specialty services are priced as follows:
Travel Fees
Travel fees apply for all mobile notary services and vary based on location and distance. Travel fees will be disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing.
Returned Payments
In the event of a returned check or failed payment the client will be responsible for the original service fee plus any applicable returned payment fees.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
