Many legal, immigration, and official documents need to be translated into English or from English into another language before they can be accepted by courts, government agencies, employers, or educational institutions. When those translated documents also require notarization, it's important to work with someone who understands both the translation process and California notary law.
LDE Ink Notary Services LLC coordinates professional document translation and provides notarization of the translator's certification statement giving your translated documents the official standing they need.
LDE Ink Notary Services LLC does not provide translation directly. Instead, we coordinate with a trusted, qualified professional translator to handle your document. Once the translation is complete, we notarize the translator's certification; a sworn statement verifying that the translation is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. This process satisfies the requirements of most U.S. government agencies, courts, and institutions that require a "certified translation."
Step 1 — Contact Us Reach out and tell us what document needs to be translated, what language it's in, and what it will be used for.
Step 2 — Translator Coordination We connect you with a qualified translator. Translation pricing is determined based on the document type, language pair, and length.
Step 3 — Translation Completed The translator completes an accurate, word-for-word translation of your document along with a signed certification statement.
Step 4 — Notarization We notarize the translator's signature on the certification statement, giving your translated document official legal standing.
Step 5 — Delivery You receive the original document, the certified translation, and the notarized translator certification is everything you need.
A certified translation is a translated document accompanied by a signed statement from the translator attesting that the translation is accurate and complete. When that certification is notarized, it adds an additional layer of legal authentication confirming that the translator's signature is genuine.
Many agencies including USCIS, federal and state courts, universities, and foreign consulates require certified, notarized translations for official use.
We coordinate with translators for a wide variety of languages. Please contact us to confirm availability for your specific language pair.
One-Stop Coordination Instead of finding a translator and a notary separately, we handle both — saving you time and ensuring the process is done correctly from start to finish.
California Notary Compliance We ensure the notarization of the translator's certification meets California notary law requirements.
Trusted Network We work with qualified translators who understand the legal and procedural requirements of certified document translation.
Mobile & Convenient We come to you for the notarization portion, so you don't have to make an extra trip.
Translation fees vary by document type, language, and length. Notarization of the translator's certification is $15 per signature plus applicable travel fees. Contact us for a personalized quote.
